SUM
Add up a column of numbers
0 of 3 done · Lesson 1 of 18
Understand
Your manager wants one number: what did all these orders come to. You could add the cells one at a time with plus signs, and you would get there. SUM does the same job in a way that still works when the sheet grows to 800 rows.
=SUM(what to add up)
A worked example
=SUM(E2:E9)
what to add up
This returns 80
